CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2014 By James Nyabaro Osesere, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kipchirchir Kemei, who died at District Hospital, Kabarnet in Kenya, on 6th June, 2011. CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2014 By Haron Chebon Koko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoko Kipyegon, who died at Kapchepterit, on 4th August, 1984. CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2014 By Prisca Soti Cherono, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Targok Chemjor, who died at Kaptich, on 2nd July, 2003. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2014 By Samuel Kiprop Rotich, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo Kipchirchir, who died at Koimur, on 25th May, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
