TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By (1) Rael Kajuju Mpekethu and (2) Joyce Comuntu Mathiu, both of P.O. Box 171, Mauain Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Imathiu Mutendera alias Imathiu Mutenderia, who died at Itulu,on 2nd March, 1986.

By Winfred Tithi Miriti,of P.O. Box 149, Mauain Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Irene Mwendwa
Miriti, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 16th
December, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
