Box 30124, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiru Guandaru, who died at Wyoming, on 16th July, 2013 . CAUSE NO. 221 OF 2014 By (1) Regina Mueni Muthuka and (2) Philip Mark Muthuka, both of P.O. Box 23238–00604, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jediel Gitonga Kirimo alias Jadiel G. E. Kirimo alias J. Gitonga E. Kirimo alias Jediel Gitonga Elizaphan Kirimo, who died at Wangige, on 13th November, 2014 . CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2015 By (1) Hannah Njeri Kungu and (2) Joseph Muiru Kungu, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kungu Kahatha, who died at Kihara Sub Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
