TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2014
By (1) Beth Wambui Kamau, (2) Ruth Waithira Kamau and (3)
Nyambura Kamau, all of P.O. Box 680, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Chege, late of
Kaguthi, who died at Kaguthi, on 22nd August, 2008.
CAUSE NO. 540 OF 2014
By Stepnen Mararo Munoru, of P.O. Box 1904, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Wanjiru
Mararo,who died at Kimbo, on 19th June, 1984.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
