TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 504 OF 2014
By Elias Mukaru Njuguna, of P.O. Box 96, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna
Kihara, late of Gatanga, who died at Kiunyu Sub-location, on 15th June, 2013.
CAUSE NO. 652 OF 2014
By Wainaina Njuguna, of P.O. Box 142, Makuyuin Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyoike
Njuguna alias Wanyoike Gachanja, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 9th November, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
