Box 48418–001000, Nairobiin Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kihiga Karimi, late of Mirichu Sub-location, who died at Mirichu Sub-location, on 5th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. 628 OF 2014 By Rita Waithira Waithaka, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Wahito Waithaka alias Rosemary Waithaka alias Rosemary W. Waithaka alias Rosemary Wahhito, late of Kiambu, who died at Parklands West Gate, on 21st September, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
