TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2014 By (1) Sheila Mainde Nkako and (2) Margarita Selewan Saoi, both of P.O. Box 6, N/ Enkare in Kenya, through Messrs. Mogere & Co., advocates of Narok, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Saitoti Kitashori, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 2012. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2015 By Nashuru Enole Sadera, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parinke Sadera, who died at Ololulunga, on 3rd July, 2007. Lel & Associates, advocates of Narok, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiboi Kuna, who died at Ildamat Location, in 1994. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2015 By Nokoren ole Tayek, of P.O. Box 403, Narok in Kenya, through Messrs. Lel & Associates, advocates of Narok, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisieku Enole Taek, who died at Talek Koiyaki, on 30th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2015 By (1) Sarah Enole Simpai and (2) Sameri Stephen Simpai, both of P.O. Box 470, Narok in Kenya, through Messrs. Lel & Associates, advocates of Narok, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Memusi Simpai, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 21st October, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
