TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 513 OF 2013 By Maricus Omenya Hongo, the deceased‟s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Hongo Were, who died on 24th April, 1990. CAUSE NO. 921 OF 2014 By Joseph Odongo Osoo, of P.O. Box 195, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kapere Odero, who died at Upper Kodhoch Sub-location, on 15th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. 1189 OF 2014 By Daniel Ouma Nyagol, of P.O. Box 679, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Nyagol Nyagweth, who died at Kasule Sub-location, on 9th March, 1994. CAUSE NO. 1227 OF 2014 By (1) Alice Awino Okoth, (2) Heram Victor Okoth and (3) Eric Rabuku Okoth, all of P.O. Box 783, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Frank Okoth, who died on 4th April, 2011. CAUSE NO. 1238 OF 2014 By (1) Agnes Adhiambo Sogo, (2) Pelesia Anyango Sogo and (3) Alice Akumu Owino, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Sogo Onyango, who died on 3rd September, 1983. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2015 By Jacob Odongo Ochieng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Ochieng Nyaguala alias Alfred Ochieng Nyagwala, who died on 24th January, 2001.
