TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 98 OF 2015 By Faustin J. Mangae Kabathi, of P.O. Box 186, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabathi Mangae Mwaniki, who died at Kiuu, Ruiru Location, on 3rd August, 1998. CAUSE NO. 105 OF 2015 By (1) Joseph Mbugua Mwaniki and (2) James Munyua Muchuka, both of P.O. Box 123, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaniki Mucuka alias Mwaniki Mucuuka, who died at Ndarugu, Gacharage, on 31st July, 1993. CAUSE NO. 106 OF 2015 By (1) Rachel Gathoni Kahare and (2) James Munyua Kahare, both of P.O. Box 123, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahare Ayub Ng’ang’a alias Kahare Nganga, who died at District Hospital, Gatundu in Kenya, on 18th August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
