TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2015 By (1) Josinta Apiyo Ousa and (2) Lilian Caren Guya Ousa, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Ousa Onyango alias Ousa Onyango, who died at Got Abiero Sub-location, on 5th June, 1997. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2015 By Isaack Juma Akumu and (2) Alfred Ayoro Obado, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ragwel Owino, who died at Usire Sub-location, on 16th March, 1997. CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2015 By (1) Vitalis Owuor Kanga and (2) James Oriengo Kanga, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jones Oyugi Kanga alias Oyugi Kanga, who died at Barkowino Sub-location, on 2nd July, 2007. CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2015 By Josiah Odero Nyabanda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Akinyi Nyabanda alias Leah Akinyi, who died at Nyawita Sub-location, on 17th November, 2007.
