CAUSE NO. 123 OF 2015 By Mwalimu Sharifu Katsuwi, of P.O. Box, 1, Gede in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sharifu Katsui Wara, who died at Watamu, on 1st January, 2015. CAUSE NO. 125 OF 2015 By Philip Maitha Kitsao, the deceased‘s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadenge Kitsao Kiiha, who died at Mida, Majaoni, on 16th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. 128 OF 2015 By Nuru Salim Rashidi, the deceased‘s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanahawa Hamisi Mwangala, who died on 6th July, 1993.
