GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9635

WHEREAS Mwangangi Kimatu, of P.O. Box 375-—90100, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Machakos/Konza North Block I/73, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court at Machakos in succession cause No. 746 of 2012, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Simon Muthiani Mwangangi and (2) James Mwangangi, both of P.O. Box 375—90100, Machakos, and whereas the judge of the said court has in pursuance to the order executed the grant and confirmation of the grant of the said piec of land in favour of (1) Simon Muthiani Mwanganagi and (2) James Mwangangi, both of P.O. Box 375—90100, Machakos, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer, and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Simon Muthiani Mwangangi and (2) James Mwangangi, both of P.O. Box 375—90100, Machakos, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangangi Kimatu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 31st December, 2015.
