REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Zakariah Odago and (2) Jacob Ouko, both of Siaya in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 3.6 hectares or thereabout, known as _ East Gem/Kagilo/899, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new green card.
