TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E055 OF 2026
By Monica Jemwetich Kipkemboi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkiyeng Emest
Kipkemboi, who died at Chelingwa Sub-location, on 28th October, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E065 OF 2026
By Benjamin Kiplagat Kiptoo, of P.O. Box 1080, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chesang Kimoi Cheserek, who died at District Hospital, Iten in Kenya, on 31st May, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
