TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2024
By Purity Ntinyari Mbabu, of P.O. Box 212, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mugambi M’Mwirichia alias Mugambi Mwirichia, who died at Ntakira, on 29th December, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E293 OF 2025
By Anastasia Mukomunene Langaaku, of P.O. Box 703-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbwi Charles M. Murungi, who died at Kambakia Municipality, Meru, on 21st June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
