Box 4, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyor Thomas Nyawara, who died at East Kanyadwera, on 19th October, 2013. CAUSE NO. E083 OF 2026 By Naome Adhiambo Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 8078, Dago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Odhiambo Anyango, who died on 13th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E084 OF 2026 By Mary Agnes Owino, of P.O. Box 3141-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amimo Helen Abuto Nyaori, who died at Nyalenda “A”, on 22nd October, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
