Box 33, Mogogosiek in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkosgei arap Lelei alias Kimibei arap Kosgei, who died at Koiwa, Bureti, on 13th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. 136 OF 2013 By (J) Rusi Chemursi Bett and (2) Noah Kiprono Langat, both of P.O. Box 390, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Kiplangat Bett alias Kiplangat A. Bett alias Kiplangat s/o Bit, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 7th December, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
