NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th December, 2014, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1838, in Volume DI, Folio 412/3912, File No. MMXIV, by our client, Jane Wairimu Njung‘e, of P.O. Box 24028–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of John Ryan Miranga, (minor), formerly known as John Ryan Ndirangu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name John Ryan Ndirangu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name John Ryan Miranga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name John Ryan Miranga only.
