THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Vitalis Okello Onyango (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.0 hectare or thereabouts, known as W. Kasipul/Kodera Kamiyawa/935, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, and whereas the Oyugis Law Courts in succession cause No. 69 of 2010, has issued grant documents, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 9 to read Odera Joash Odhiambo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Vitalis Okello Onyango (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
