TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 16th January, 2015 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 160 OF 2013 By (1) Roseline Wanjiku Warui and (2) Charles Ng’ang’a Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 24, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Ndia, who died at Nyaga Sub-location, on 7th February, 2007. CAUSE NO. 154 OF 2014 By Zachary Ndungu Kagwe, of P.O. Box 385, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kagwi Mbugwiro alias Kagwe Mbuguero alias Kagwe Mbugwero alias Kagwe Mbuguiro, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 18th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. 179 OF 2014 By Njambi Gitau Njuguna, of P.O. Box 70363–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedict Gitau Njuguna, who died at Namanga, on 23rd September, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
