CAUSE NO. 31 OF 2014 By Berisi Isaac, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Ombaso alias Isaac Ingale, who died at Jivovoli Sub-location, on 21st March, 1998. CAUSE NO. 44 OF 2014 By John Mbulikha Mudoga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Majava Mudoga, who died at Gamoi, on 9th July, 2008. CAUSE NO. 47 OF 2014 By Beatrice Injede Lihanda, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lihanda Makaale alias Lihanda Magale, who died on 24th September, 2002.
