TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2014 By Robert Kirwai Lungazo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Kilwale Lidohi, who died at Namanjalala Sub-location, on 29th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. 54 OF 2014 By (1) Lilian Mwenesi Elegwa and (2) Alex Lumwagi Elegwa, the deceased’s sister and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Vuhya Elegwa, who died at Solongo Sub-location, on 21st August, 2014. CAUSE NO. 56 OF 2014 By Dickson Enock Olala, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Olasia Olala, who died at Ebubayi Sub-location, on 12th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
