TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th January, 2015 106 106 CAUSE NO. 204 OF 2014 By Stephen Ngethe Waiganjo, of P.O. Box 144–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Waiganjo Ngethe alias Waiganjo Ngethe, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 28th November, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
