TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 499 OF 2014 By (1) Lorendi Mukhwana Koyanja and (2) Liuka Wanjala Samitah, both of P.O. Box 2, Lugusi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ingana Kalakata, who died at Lutacho Sub-location, on 4th July, 1976. CAUSE NO. 523 OF 2014 By (1) Grace Nasimiyu Kitui and (2) Patrick Sitati Kitui, both of P.O. Box 624, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kitui alias James Kitui Isaka, who died at Mitoto Lutacho Sub-location, on 19th July, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
