WHEREAS Joseph Ng‘ethe Gitau, of P. O. Box 30028, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in original share certificate No. 12992, Mboi-Kamiti Farmers Company Limited comprising two (2) shares, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the share certificate issued thereof has been lost, or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof a new share certificate shall be issued by the said company to Joseph Ng‘ethe Gitau.
