NOTICE is givern that all the business conducted by Unicorn Pharma Kenya Limited (―the transferor‖) on L.R. No. 4953/1626, Factory Street, Industrial Area, Thika, has been sold and transferred to Medisel (Kenya) Limited (the ―transferee‖) who will carry on the said business at the said place and premises with effect from 31st December, 2014. The address of the transferor is P.O. Box 540–01000, Thika and THE KENYA GAZETTE 30th January, 2015 196 196 the address of the Transferee is P.O. Box 540–01000, Thika. The transferee is neither assuming nor intending to assume any of the liabilities incurred in the business by the transferor prior to the date of transfer and conversely, the transferor shall not be liable for anything incured after the transfer date which is 31st December, 2014.
