WHEREAS Mwangi Gashone (deceased), of P.O. Box 188, Naivasha in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.0450, 0.0450, 0.0488, 0.0450 and 0.0455 hectare or therebouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, registered under title Nos. Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/7552, 7554, 7557, 7558 and 7560, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
