REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Christopher Stellu Lentingiso, of P.O. Box 667– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known 286/IV/MN, situate within north of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi the District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 29337/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate provided that no objection has been received within that period.
