APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 250 (12) of the
Constitution of Kenya, and section 10 (1) of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Act 2011, the Independent Electoral and
Boundaries Commission, gives notice that it has appointed—
EZRA CHILOBA SIMIYU to be the Commission Secretary/Chief Executive Officer for a period of five (5) years with effect from 2nd February, 2015.
