THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Komen, of P.O. Box 14551–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land containing 0.094 hectare or thereof, known as L.R. No. 13287/95, situate in the north of Njoro Town in Nakuru District, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 52017/1, and whereas Co- operative Bank of Kenya Limited has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of James Komen, and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 52017/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
