THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stella Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 55284–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land containing 0.2314 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 13616, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a grant registered as I.R. 50054/1, and whereas Standard Chartered Bank of Kenya Limited has drawn an instrument of discharge in favour of Stella Kilonzo, and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 50054/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
