WHEREAS Buttercap Limited, of P.O. Box 4475, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land known as No. 4475, situate within Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of a certificate of leasehold registered as C.R. 19305/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
