REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Libey Njoki Munene and (2) James Chege Munene, as administrators of the estate of James Chege Munene (deceased), both of P.O. Box 424–01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors lessees those pieces of land known as L.R. Nos. 4953/419 and 4953/420, situate within Thika Township in Thika District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 12086/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
