THE WEIGHTS AND MEASURES ACT

APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 54 of the
Weights and Measures Act, the Cabinet Secretary for East African
Affairs, Commerce and Tourism appoints—
Elisha Mbulo Were, Aden Sakong Muktar, Peter Matiko Wangwe, Emily Nelima Simiyu, Evans Kirarit, Charles Mbugua Mburu, Eddy Stanley Kimani Gitau, to be inspectors for purpose of the Act, with effect from 1st December, 2014.
