REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Morita Kenya Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, of P.O. Box 46220, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 41.49 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 13145/45/8 (orig. 13145/2/7), held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 99223, situate in the south of Rongai Township in Nakuru District, and whereas the said vendors have executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Rongai Housing Co-operative Society Limited, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said certificate of title is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument.
