REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mwai Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 2703, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.101 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Thegenge/Karia/2097, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued thereof has been lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
