REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Samuel Mwangi Runyora, of P.O. Box 173, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.425 and 0.425 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title Nos. Magutu/Ragati/1261 and 1262, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers (green cards) issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall open new land registers provided that no objection has been received within that period.
