REGISTRATION
IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by section 3 (3) of the
Geologists Registration Act, 1993, and in particular, paragraph 3 (1) of the Schedule thereto, the Cabinet Secretary for Mining nominates—
MUSEMBI KATU MUNYAO to be Chairman of the Geologists Registration Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 1st November, 2014.
The appointment* of Moses Nabiswa Masibo is revoked.
