THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT NYERI IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF DAVID KAMAU KAHINDI OF KIMAHURI, NYERI PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 624 OF 2001 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Kimahuri, Nyeri, on 22nd September, 2001, has been filed in this registry by (1) Monica Kagure Kamau and (2) Florah Wanjiru Kamau, both of P.O. Box 33, Kiganjo, in their capacities as administratrices of the deceased’s estate.
