NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 209, in Volume D1, Folio 198/1936, File MMXXVI, by our client, Brian Otieno Kajwang, formerly known as David Brian Ajwan’g, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name David Brian Ajwan’g, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Brian Otieno Kajwang, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Brian Otieno Kajwang only.
