NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd July, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 097, in Volume DI, Folio 251/2356, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Violet Moraa Elijah, formerly known Violet Moraa Mogaka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Violet Moraa Mogaka and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Violet Moraa Elijah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Violet Moraa Elijah only.
