NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd July, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 120, in Volume DI, Folio 249/2341, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Gitatha Kinyanjui, formerly known George Njenga alias George Njenga Kinyanjui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name George Njenga alias George Njenga Kinyanjui and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gitatha Kinyanjui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Gitatha Kinyanjui only.
