Box 20617– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known Mary Gorretti Munene, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Gorretti Munene and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maria Gorretti Nyambura Kanyi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maria Gorretti Nyambura Kanyi only.
