NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 514, in Volume D1, Folio 296/2723, File MMXXVI, by our Client, Chesang’ Chepkirui Nyigei, of P.O. Box 899–60200, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Millycent Chepkirui Nyigei, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Millycent Chepkirui Nyigei, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chesang’ Chepkirui Nyigei, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Chesang’ Chepkirui Nyigei only.
