NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and in accordance with the authority granted under MCCRMISC/E58/2026 at Loitoktok law Court, to the public, owners or custodians of various motor vehicles and motorcycles currently lying idle and unclaimed within Loitoktok Police yard, to collect the said items upon payment of cost for this publication within seven (7) days from the date of this publication. Failure to do so will result in the disposal of the unclaimed goods by way of public auction by Makys Auctioneers on behalf of Loitoktok Police Station, as authorized by law.
