NOTICE is issued pursuant to provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya and in accordance with the letter of instruction from premier auto garage. The public, owners, or custodians of the above mentioned motor vehicles and items currently lying idle and unclaimed within Premier Auto Garage are notified to collect the said items upon payment cost for this publication within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to do so will result in the disposal of the unclaimed goods by way of public auction by Makys Auctioneers on behalf of premier auto garage, as authorized by law. 1.Toyota Ractis shell 2.
