NOTICE is issued pursuant to provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of the Motor Vehicles Registration No. KBF 555A make Mercedes Benz W203, KCP 391Y make Honda Fit, KAM 662N make Suzuki, KAB 069V Make Land Cruiser 75 series, KAU 272M Mercedes Benz 210, KCS 425A make Land Cruiser (body with gear box) Samy Garage and Storage Yard located along Langata Road within Nairobi County to collect the said motor vehicles within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding charges for the storage and any other incidental costs incurred, failure to which Bemac Auctioneers shall proceed to dispose off the motor vehicles, in order to recover the storage charges and other incidental cost by way of public auction on behalf of Samy Garage and Storage Yard, if they remain uncollected to recover the storage charges, handling costs and other incidental costs accrued.
