PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plans was on the 15th July, 2026 completed. Copies of the plans as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of the County Executive Committee Member in Charge of Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development and Chief’s office at Banita, Mutaita and Kiptagich, respectively, from 8.00a.m. to 1.00p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plans may within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication, send the same to the County Executive Committee Member in Charge of Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, County Government of Nakuru, P.O. Box 2870–20100, Nakuru and such representation or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 15th July, 2026.
