PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was on the 18th May, 2026 completed. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of the Kenol Municipal Manager, the County Director and County Executive Committee Member in Charge of Physical and Land Use Planning. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Director in Charge of Physical and Land Use Planning, P.O. Box 52–10200, Murang’a and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 18th May, 2026. JAMES S.
