GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13163

WHEREAS Elizabeth Letting alias Elizabeth Jemutai Letting (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Nandi/Arwos/181 and 485, situate in the county of Nandi, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. 104 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Dorothy Jepkogei Letting and (2) Loice Chemngetich Letting, as the administratrices, and whereas the said (1) Dorothy Jepkogei Letting and (2) Loice Chemngetich Letting, as the administratrices have executed applications to be registered as proprietors by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deeds of the said parcels of land are lost, misplaced and or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the registration of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietors by transmission L.R.A. 39 in the names of (1) Dorothy Jepkogei Letting and (2) Loice Chemngetich Letting, as the administratrices, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to Elizabeth Letting alias Elizabeth Jemutai Letting (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
